I recently had a fantastic stay at a mountain hotel in Austria. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking, giving me a true sense of being surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. The staff in the dining room were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining them was impressive.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The location was perfect as the hotel was close to the slopes. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were great.

The winding mountain roads leading to the hotel may cause difficulties for those traveling by car.

the location was outstanding - just a short distance from the ski slope, making it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts like us. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, always ready to provide directions and assistance. Lastly, the rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Oh, and let's not forget the breakfast spread, which was simply delicious!

The hotel's location was perfect for skiing during Christmas. the spa services were also of excellent quality with great amenities. the hotel was very clean, and the rooms offered fantastic views of the mountains. the breakfast served was enjoyable with an excellent variety of delicious food.
The staff's manner was very unwelcoming, and we felt neglected. the hotel's atmosphere during the Christmas period was somewhat lacking in mood and festivity, which did not add to the Christmas spirit.

Great mountain views from the balcony and tasty food. Convenient location for skiing and nice spa facilities for relaxation.
Small and uncomfortable sleeper couch in the room and unhelpful staff. Difficult to get to and not located in a charming town.
